HOLLYWOOD: You'd think being near all the foot traffic of Sunset and Vine would keep a restaurant in biz, but no one has any luck at those spots near Amoeba. Boho (pictured) is now pulling out and moving to Hollywood and Highland.

MID-CITY: Robata Jinya, a long gestating Japanese restaurant on 3rd, opens on Friday. Eater is very excited about 3rd's newest treat, saying the existing Jinya in the Valley is quite delish.

CITY WEST: After a fire tore through Haitian restaurant TiGeorges (on the western edge of downtown) in February, the restaurant is set to reopen in a few months, reports the Downtown News.

SANTA MONICA: Santa Monica Boulevard French restaurant Anisette has shuttered after two years. But rumors are swirling that Jar's Suzanne Tracht checked out the space with a realtor just days after it closed late last week.
