And it's all authentic, according to the listing: "Provenance is established by original photographs and 15 original drawings of this home archived in the Architecture and Design Collection of UC Santa Barbara." Asking price is $535,500, or you could just stop hydrating for a couple hours and hallucinate a spread like this on Bunker Hill.
