Bel Air Tear-Down Doesn't Have Much to To Tear Down

New, 8 comments

If we're to trust Redfin, this Bel Air Country Club golf course-adjacent parcel sold at a foreclosure auction for $6 million this summer, only to be put back on the market for $7.29 million. It looks like someone tried to build something....and then stopped. But living next to a golf course is great because there's the assurance of no new neighbors and a steady supply of free, wayward Titleists.Via the listing: "Fabulous potential to teardown or remodel existing project on approx 1.13 acre lot overlooking the 7th hole of the Bel Air Country Club golf course and out to beautiful city views....Gated and private, on prime street near the Bel Air Hotel."
