Located in prime Atwater, these charming 1924 bungalows have been totally remodelled -new kitchens, new baths, central air/heat, hardwood and bamboo floors, new appliances, copper plumbing, updated electrical, bolted foundation, extra attic storage." Bungalow one (in front) has one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms. Bungalow two (out back) has two bedrooms and one bathroom. And that's not all! There's a third structure on the property, which the listing calls an "artist studio/office space." The baby compound last sold in 2006 for $619,000 and is now asking $699,000.
