The plans for a 405 interchange at Arbor Vitae in Inglewood have fallen back into the abyss they just recently nearly crawled out of. After 30 years and a grab bag of options, "the agency ultimately decided to terminate the project after wrapping up its environmental review on June 30," reports the Daily Breeze.
