More musical chairs at the Community Redevelopment Agency. Glenn Wasserman, chief of operations since 2006, has resigned. Wasserman tendered his resignation Wednesday, according to a spokesperson for the agency. This follows the appointment of Christine Essel as CRA CEO, who moved in after Cecilia Estolano was moved out.
