The Harper WestHollywood, a 32-unit condo project that involved the controversial rebirth of the 86-year-old Ramona Apartments complex, opened for sales earlier this summer. Today, prices dropped on all units, falling an average of 12 percent, according to a rep for the project. For instance, a 1,382 square foot one-bedroom that was $544,000 is now $499,000, while a 1,518 square foot two-bedroom that was $734,000 is now $609,000. One unit is in escrow and two units are in contract, according to the rep.
