Benjamin Ball has uploaded some photos of the great Ball-Nogues ball installation going up on one of the new parking garages at Santa Monica Place, which is opening this week. The art instillation is going on the east wall of Parking Structure 7, one of the under-construction Pugh + Scarpa lots.
