RESEDA: Hey, the Reseda Theater is in the spotlight once again. A deal to re-develop the site fell apart, and now the CRA is seeking requests for proposals from developers. There's the theater, which is deemed not historic, according to CRA documents, and an adjoining vacant lot that can hold up to 30 cars. Both sites are about 10,000 square feet.
