It's back!--the latest updates from Eater LA, Curbed's hedonistic eating and drinking blog...
CENTURY CITY: So you work in Century City, you can't afford craft, and you are sick to death of that damn mall food court, as good as it is. Well, Monday brings the opening of the Greenleaf Gourmet Chopshop on Century Park East (there's another one in Beverly Hills). They tell us they'll have bicycle delivery throughout Century City.
WEST HOLLYWOOD: Oooh Joan, watch your back! Could the 3rd Street stalwart be usurped by Salt's Cure, a new butcher shop/gourmet deli/cafe with wine and beer? With free parking across the street, maybe, just maybe.
LITTLE TOKYO: Little Tokyo is already blessed with a plethora of good eats, and now Michael Cardenas, the owner of Sushi Roku, Boa, and Katana, is rumored to be bringing an embarrassment of riches to the neighborhood, with three new restaurants possibly slated to open near the popular Lazy Ox gastropub.
BEVERLY HILLS: New York big deal Scott Conant is opening an LA outpost of his popular Scarpetta restaurants at the new and improved Montage Hotel in the 'Hills. You can get your creamy polenta with fricassee of truffled mushrooms in October, tentatively.
