The West Hollywood musical is going to have all the elements, the Park La Brea News reports. The story takes place at a coffee shop based on the former Argos Coffee Shop where, the librettist tells the paper, "A person accuses a local government official of not fulfilling the dream and they flash back to 1983 and 1984."
