When we visited Lincoln Heights' Daly Lofts last year we found them filled "mostly by creative-types, including a couple of trapeze artists who like the 30-foot ceilings." And this listing is definitely creative! It describes the building's location as "BTWN CHINATOWN & MT. WASH." which is kind of true. And it continues to allude to the truth, calling the building "designed by Harvard trained architect." The Daly Lofts are an adaptive reuse by Joseph Giovannini, with 15 live/work lofts in all, and this one has a patio, two parking spaces, skylights, and a "30 ft. tall bow truss loft." The listing calls it a velodrome, but we encourage only those artists with health insurance to try out a bike on that thing. Rent is $2,600 per month, which includes two months free.
