West Hollywood real estate agent Jamie Adner has been following the project, noting the pricechop that this building underwent last summer. Now comes word of a second pricechop nee a BLOW OUT sale on the last four units. A two bedroom has dropped from $899,00 to $699,000, while the email blast from real estate agents Deasy/Penner promises all four condos will be sold by July 15th. Looks like Luminaire is trying to dodge the Great West Hollywood condo pile-up currently underway.
