Seven West LLC was one of those long-talked about downtown developments, a 62-unit, Killefer Flammang Architects-designed proposal for W. 7th. It's not to be--at least in the short term. Developer Bret Mosher filed for Chapter 7 on the site last week, his attorney confirms. Mosher has also filed for bankruptcy on his Blue Velvet restaurant earlier in the year, all part of a strategic move in regards to a dispute with the new owners of The Flat building, he told us at the time.
