No word on whether the accepted offer on this 4-unit baby blue fort on Lucile Ave. in Silverlake is from L. Ron Hubbard acolytes, but the expanding organization--here's our most recent coverage of their campus--would be hard pressed to find a more aesthetically perfect match. The color is spot-on. The massing says "campus" and the lack of eaves makes it easy to mount a large sign above the second floor windows. And with a huge 15,000 SF lot and density-friendly zoning, an entire additional celebrity center branch could be built in the back. All that for less than $1 mil (listed at $999,000)! --Danny Ahkiam
