Central City Association CEO Carol Schatz (who is one tough cookie, by the way) talks about the dark days of downtown in the Downtown News: "I also remember there was a magazine called Buzz. They had a whole issue devoted to--I think it said 'Downtown Is Dead' on the cover. I went ballistic. You know, people who do stuff like that go on Carol’s list.
