Everyone has seen iPods offered in exchange for move-ins, but this ups the ante tremendously. Playa del Rey's Brisa apartment complex is dangling free iPads. (And we've never even heard of the project before. Well played, Brisa). Via the Inbox: "For the month of July, prospective tenants who sign a one-year lease will receive a free iPad courtesy of Brisa. Rents start at $1,500, while the units have "modern cabinetry, a full range of stainless appliances, in-suite washer and dryer, a cafe, WiFi and a dog run, Brisa Apartments is located only two miles from the beach, making it a perfect place to enjoy Southern California's beautiful weather."
