(And we've never even heard of the project before. Well played, Brisa). Via the Inbox: "For the month of July, prospective tenants who sign a one-year lease will receive a free iPad courtesy of Brisa. Rents start at $1,500, while the units have "modern cabinetry, a full range of stainless appliances, in-suite washer and dryer, a cafe, WiFi and a dog run, Brisa Apartments is located only two miles from the beach, making it a perfect place to enjoy Southern California's beautiful weather."
