Following the recommendation of Michael LoGrande to head of Planning, Mayor Villaraigosa has outlined what he calls "a blueprint for reinventing city planning in Los Angeles" in an op-ed for the Daily News, which had recently called him out, alleging the Mayor had grown complacent. This blueprint is practical, needed, and perhaps will get everyone working like Oompa Loompas, but the list is a little shnoozerville. Still, go zoning code team! [Daily News]
