Blogdowntown reports about a possible project for the strip of land between Broadway and the Gold Line, next to the Cornfields. The land owner wants to partner with Metro "on a project that would add its land to the existing right of way, giving the transit agency much needed train storage capacity and allowing for development and linkages atop the tracks." Unless a certain bullet train takes the land instead? Heya, eminent domain! [blogdowntown]
