Thank god for rich universities studying crap like this. Via Mashable, Northeastern and Harvard just finished a three year investigation into moods of various Americans, as expressed through 300 million tweets--certain words were inferred as happy words. California is WAY more jovial than the East Coast, especially New York. Warm weather may have something to do with it, as Florida seems quite happy too. The country though seems to find pleasure in similar times during the day, notably in the morning (really?) and at the end of the day, usually with a glass of wine, we suppose.
