Globe St reports that Versailles Apartments in Ktown has sold in what the paper calls "one of the largest multifamily deals to close in some time in the market." Frost/Chaddock Developers, the same team behind 801 Fairfax and a possible Sunset Junction project, developed the project, which sold to a Chicago REIT. We famously messed up, and photographed the back of Versailles, mistaking it for the front. [Globe]
