Looks like Culver City's Culver Centrale has decided to make a big push to get its last six units out the door. And by "big push," we mean they reduced rices by $50,000 on their last six units. Culver Centrale is the first mixed-use development in Heart of Downtown Culver City," reads the listing for this two-bedroom, two-bath home that's asking $725,000, down from $755,000. Another chop occurred earlier in the year.
