Buyers who bought into the train wreck that is the Cosmopolitan in Vegas are now suing, stating that the developer is now renting out their condo rooms as hotel rooms, reports the Las Vegas Sun. A spokeswoman in Las Vegas for the developer and Deutsche Bank tells the paper the claims are "entirely without merit." [Las Vegas Sun]
