MARINA DEL REY: Latitude 33, the Marina del Rey building formerly known as Pier Pointe, held a big party last night to celebrate its opening. Champagne was handed to guests when they walked in, a DJ manned the turntables in the penthouse, and a video art was displayed on the entire side of the building.
