Aecom Takes Tishman

The WSJ reports that LA-based Aecom is buying New York-based Tishman Construction, the firm which did Century City and MGM Mirage's CityCenter for $245 million, a "deal that combines one of the world's largest engineering and design firms with the storied New York-based construction business."
