Last month, a temporary marketing site opened up for Artcite, that mysterious 23-story condominium style hotel--an awkward-sounding condotel-- planned for Koreatown. That first marketing site was located at the southwest corner of Olympic and Westmoreland, and now a reader writes in that Artcite is on the move: "There's construction fencing surrounding the parcel at 6th and Virgil, which was always a parking lot for the courthouse across the street and some crappy Chinese food shack." Is this just another temporary stop for the hotel, which we thought was planned to rise at 7th and New Hampshire? Or is something happening here? Are two Artcites planned?
