Real Estalker reported last week that the Lady herself is renting out this six bedroom, eight bathroom house in Bel Air for about $25,000 a month (other sources have it at five bedrooms, seven bathrooms). According to RE's Mama, Canadian developer Lorne Leibel paid $3.15 million for the house in 2004 and had it listed in 2009 for $4.75 million, but it's not currently on the MLS. The old listing says the house was "recently renovated by a top designer," and has "breathtaking jetliner views of the ocean, cyn, and city lights. 1 acre of private grounds, walled and gated, on quiet street at end of cul-de-sac." All in all, kind of a snoozer, Lady G. You've really got to step up your shower aquarium game if you want to keep up with the Kanyes.
