In the current issue of CityWatch, Cary Brazeman, a former executive with CB Richard Ellis, gripes that the city is giving away the plot of land at 1601 Vine, a Community Redevelopment Agency deal that'll see a purple-hued office tower rise on the site of a burger shack.
