Back in April, serial home flipper Diane Keaton listed her Lloyd Wright-designed "Alfred Newman Estate," a five-bedroom, three and a half bathroom home on Sunset Blvd in the Pacific Palisades for $8.5 million. And then it disappeared off the market. And now? Ms. Keaton has listed the home again, and this for, for $13.25 million. We don't immediately see that any land has been added to the listing, so how to explain this price adjustment? Just feeling optimistic?
