After a lengthy and emotional hearing, today the City Council approved trucks for trash, a plan to put a truck driving academy on top of the former Lopez Canyon Landfill. There will be limits on its operating hours and trucks won't be allowed to drive on residential roads, but neighbors still say they're planning on filing a lawsuit to block the school.
