There goes another Case Study home: This Pacific Palisades estate included the Entenza Home, Case Study No 9, designed by Charles Eames and Eero Saarinen. That residence (seen above), was converted to a guest house (the glorious tour is here). It was listed back in December 2008 for $14 million, dropped to $10 million, and finally sold for that amount on June 22nd.
