This three bedroom, three bathroom is one of the Auburn 7, MASS Architecture and Design's Small Lot Subdivision project in Silver Lake, which (coincidentally?) will be on one of Dwell on Design's home tours this weekend. These were finished early last year and all went for between $799,000 and $930,000. This is one of the units that opted for a solar power system, which developer Todd Waxman told Curbed saves about $2,000 a year in electric bills. It also has an attached garage, dining room, and indoor/outdoor living room with fireplace. The units are all structurally independent. Asking price is $839,000.
