Marijuana dispensary owners aren't giving up and taking the LSAT now that the city's closed down their shops. They're repurposing their storefronts and suing the city to overturn its dispensary ordinance, reports the Wall Street Journal: "The 99 High Art Collective in Venice Beach cleaned out its medical-marijuana inventory recently and now operates as a gallery that hosts artists, book readings and yoga classes."
