MID WIlSHIRE: Go back in time, before machines did everything. Architect Neil Denari currently has an exhibition at ACE Gallery at 5514 Wilshire Blvd, a presentation that focuses on "the graphic work of Denari produced between 1982 and 1996, just before digital design became ubiquitous. Although painstakingly made by hand, the perfectly rendered drawings appear to have been generated by a machine rather than by an architect seeking artistic expression." The exhibition is called "The Artless Drawing" and it runs through July 15th.[Architecture Week]

MARINA DEL REY:
West End, that 120-unit condo project, has slashed prices again. We think. It's getting hard to keep track, but a newsletter sent out last Friday notes there are six units left. Sample pricing now: Unit 121, approx 2,440 sq.ft. is now $719,000, according to the newsletter. [Curbed LA]
