It's been so long since a new building hit the market that we're feeling a little rusty at even mentioning news of a development. But ahem, here it is. Harper WestHollywood, a 40-unit condo project that was built around the Ramona Apartments on N. Harper Avenue, is just launching sales. A controversial battle a few years ago forced owner and developer GTO to build around a historical building in the complex, and without seeing the actual building yet in person, it's hard to see how it all turned out. More of the backstory here. But we do know this: This condo project is done.
And there's a new website, sales are launching, and an open house is planned on Saturday June 18th.
As far as prices, one-bedrooms (1260-1382 sf) will be priced from the mid $500,000s and two-bedrooms (1367 sf 1932 sf) in the low $700,000s. According to project architect Ric Abramson at WORKPLAYS, there are eight different floor plans. Meanwhile, this condo project joins all those other West Hollywood buildings: The now very quiet Hancock Lofts and the price-chopped 1200 Sweetzer, among others.
