It's chapter 14 in the Ezri Namvar scandal: What would have been the biggest office building sale in LA County--the Wilshire Bundy Plaza for $111 million--has been delayed by a bankruptcy court judge's ruling. The sale of the building, once owned in part by alleged ponzi schemer Ezri Namvar, was opposed by both creditors and relatives of Namvar, many of whom think the building could fetch more money when the market rebounds, according to the Los Angeles Business Journal.
