Then the home dropped to $10.495 million in February, an event accompanied by a upbeat-sounding press release from Christie's Great Estates, which noted the "unprecedented value proposition" of the newly priced home. Brace, FLW fans. There's no press release this time, just another cold, hard drop. New price: $7.495 million.
