LAUSD may get a bad rap for destroying neighborhoods and famous hotels, but here's a positive initiative they're embarking on. GOOD magazine is holding a contest to help grow a garden at a LAUSD school. Currently 100 of the LAUSD's 900 schools operate gardens.
