Deeper Inside the Ed Niles-Designed Beverly Hills Home

New, 37 comments

This interesting-looking Beverly Hills home hit the market earlier this year, but without a gallery of photos, it was difficult to see the full range of local architect Ed Niles' designs. Behold: A few more photos. Developer Raffi Cohen, who has done everything from the troubled San Pedro Vue project to the Beverly Hills Blu rental development, commissioned the home, but is now selling it (he listed it just as it was finishing). The official word on why he is listing it, per Coldwell Banker: He commissioned the house while he was still single, according to a rep, but now that's he married and has two children, feels the home is really more of a bachelor pad. He's moving on to a kid-friendly pad. So now this home--asking price is $11.9 million-- is all yours.
