A Utah developer is looking to put a Marriott Residence Inn, a Hilton Garden Inn, and a 154-space RV lot in Redondo Beach, all located on land near the San Diego (405) Freeway, reports the Daily Breeze. The land used to hold a household hazardous waste drop-off center and a Malibu Castle miniature golf course, according to the paper. And the developer is thinking ahead: Going forward, the proposed RV area "could some day be suitable for a transit-oriented development project," according to the paper. [Daily Breeze]
