With all the changes underway in the area around Hollywood and Vine--from the W Hotel to the new Sunset Vine tower--it's almost like the bust never happened in this part of the neighborhood. Hollywood, welcome your first Trader Joe's. The new 13,000 square foot store, located on one corner of the 1600 Vine building, officially opened today, and as you can see see, there are plenty of Hollywood-specific touches. A red carpet leads you into the store, Marilyn Monroe flashes shoppers, and there are even palm trees in the parking lot. Store hours are 8:00 am-10:00 pm daily.
