It's a mullet house! Business in the front, but an austere, wine and cheese, Liebeskind glasses-wearing party in the back. The listing for this 1951 two bedroom, one bathroom house says "Moderne influences abound with simple lines, original steel casement windows and white concrete floors. Wonderful eat-in kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances. Spacious Bedroooms w/ tons of closet space. Huge Bathroom with cool original tile." At $939,000 and $730 per square foot it's priced well above comps, but only slightly above its 2004 sale price of $900,909.
