Downtown Concerto Check, Curtis Fentress at A + D Museum

DOWNTOWN: The Downtown News' quarterly development wrap provides an update on the tower portion of Concerto, the second phase of developer Sonny Astani's project (seen with arrow). According to the paper, the sales center is supposed to open by the end of month, and construction is expected to be finished in July. As far as prices: $295,000-$3.5 million. Go talk airport design with Curtis Fentress, the architect of the LAX International Terminal modernization.
