Commercial director/restaurateur Joe Pytka has unloaded Lloyd Wright's Taggart House in Los Feliz for $2.335 million. He originally listed the house at $3.249 million in November 2009. Pytka's Lloyd Wright Studio and Residence in West Hollywood is still up for grabs. [LAT]
