The Courtyard House on Mississippi Avenue in West LA was a pocket listing, but then it hit the MLS in late March, and now it's been pricechopped to $2.495 million. Last year, listing agent Jan Horn told us he was looking to get roughly $3 million for the home, which was designed by Silver Lake architect Tom Robertson, also a friend of Curbed's.
