The home was built for actor Gary Cooper and his wife, while the more recent architectural and landscape renovation was done by Rios Clementi Hale Studios, according the listing agent's web site. Here's the PR pitch off the listing: Said Rios, “This house was built in 1955. It could have been built today. It could have been built 20 years from now. There’s a timelessness about it because its form and proportions are really right.” Who wants to guess how much the house would be listed at if it was built 20 years from now?
