Diane Keaton, friend to our city's architecturally-significant properties, has relisted and pricechopped her Ralph Flewelling-designed house in Beverly Hills. Flewelling designed the fountain at Santa Monica and Wilshire. Keaton bought the 1927 house in 2007 for $8.1 million and, according to the Wall Street Journal, worked with designers to restore it ("brilliantly" says the listing). The seven bedroom, nine bathroom house sits around an interior courtyard, and has a library, a pool, and olive trees. And it's been featured in Architectural Digest. The house was originally listed in March 2009 at $12.995 million but went off the market in September. It's relisted now at $10.95 million. And, ah, we can't help it. Here's a clip of Annie Hall on her arrival in Beverly Hills.
