Via the WSJ: "The former chief executive and founder of Maguire Properties Inc. is offering to take over three of the company's office buildings in Southern California that he says he is concerned could wind up in default. Robert Maguire III, who was ousted nearly two years ago from the Los Angeles-based company, in a letter to Chief Executive Nelson Rising offered to assume the loans on KPMG Tower, U.S. Bank Tower and Plaza Las Fuentes."
