Playa Vista, The Sequel: Done and Done

After giving an initial approval a week and half ago, the City Council OK'd the final phase of the Playa Vista development today, reports the Los Angeles Times. Casting votes against Playa Vista project, which was called the "Village of the Damned" at the last hearing by a speaker opposed to the project, were city councilpersons Bill Rosendahl and Paul Koretz.
