Blogdowntown reports that the Alexandria Hotel's seven story "ghost" annex is up for sale at $2.6 million. The Fifth Street building has been empty above the ground floor since 1934, and it doesn't have any interior stairways because its bricked-off hallways originally connected to the Alexandria.
